Ingredients
- 12 chicken drummies or wings
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary - remove leaves and chop fine
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place in a medium bowl.
Place rosemary in a small mixing bowl and whisk in lemon juice, honey,
ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and chile flakes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour marinade over drummies.
Stir to coat well.
Cover and chill until ready to serve or at least one hour.
Heat grill to medium and put drummies on.
Discard any leftover marinade.
Turn drummies to grill each side for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
and crispy.
Watch closely.
Can cook wings under the broiler if desired - turn often. |
