Lydia
Marie Hearst-Shaw (born 19 September 1984) is an American exemplary and an
heiress to the publishing fortune proven by her maternal great-grandfather
William Randolph Hearst.The 2007 Michael Awards recognized her as such a Model
of the Year.
Biography
A daughter of kidnapping victim and publishing heiress Patricia Campbell Hearst
and Bernard Shaw, she was born and stated in Wilton, Connecticut. Her father,
who was her mother’s bodyguard before the couple’s marriage, is now the
renovation of security for the Hearst Corporation.
She briefly attended the Lawrenceville School.Since graduating according to
Wilton High School she attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield,
Connecticut at which she majored in communications and technology before making
found by make photographer Steven Meisel. Her mainly modeling goal was for the
payback of the Italian edition of Vogue.
She prefers to use the surname Hearst, fairly as opposed to Hearst-Shaw, that is
on her birth certificate.
After springing for Puma’s French 77 team for a limited edition book referred to
as “The Last Playboys Wear Puma” Lydia teamed up in a creative partnership
between Puma and Heatherette to design a high-end limited edition handbag. She
has carried on her partnership among Puma and is set to release a New Holiday
Collection and a chain of athletic gear.In 2008 she posed in a period of
retro-style satin and silk lingerie for Myla’s autumn and winter collection.
She appeared in the CW hit demonstrate Gossip Girl as Lily van der Woodsen’s
posh interior decorator Amelia on the May 19th season 1 finale.
Lydia is a columnist for Page Six Magazine, that comes in the Sunday edition of
the New York Post, and she appeared on the make up of the Sept. 30, 2007,
challenge of the magazine. |
